Use this guide to compare available colours, product styles and personalisation requirements before placing your order. Select the section you need below, then return to your order form when you are ready.

Choose from the acrylic colours shown in the chart. Enter the colour name exactly as listed when completing your order form.

Colours may appear slightly different between screens. The finished product will use the physical acrylic colour selected.

Name & Text Guidelines

Names

  • Enter names exactly as you want them made, including capital letters and spelling.

  • For mini pet memorial frames, names are limited to 8 letters so the acrylic remains clear and readable.

Dates

  • Birth and passing dates are optional. Enter them in the format you want engraved.

Example: 14.03.2015 – 22.06.2025

Messages

Messages are optional and should be kept reasonably short so they remain readable and balanced within the design.​​

Image & Photo Upload Guidelines

Uploading a clear, high-quality image helps ensure the best possible result. Whether you're ordering a personalised photo frame or a custom sublimation product, please take a moment to read the guidelines below before uploading your files.

General Image Guidelines

  • These recommendations apply to all uploaded images and photos.

  • Upload the highest quality image available.

  • Choose photos that aren't tightly cropped around faces or heads. A little space around your subject gives more flexibility when preparing your image.

  • Images may be cropped slightly to suit the size and proportions of your chosen product.

  • Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished printed product.

  • If your image isn't suitable for printing, you'll be contacted before production begins.

  • Please only upload images that you own or have permission to use. Offcuts Customs cannot reproduce copyrighted artwork, logos or professional photographs without permission.

  • AI-generated images are accepted provided you have the rights to use them. Please ensure they are supplied at a suitable resolution for printing.

Photo Printing for Photo Frames

  • As a complimentary service, I'll print your photo for any photo frame purchased from Offcuts Customs.

  • Free photo printing is included with all photo frame purchases.

  • Photos are printed on Epson Premium Glossy 6 × 4" photo paper using genuine Epson inks.

  • Upload high-resolution JPEG photos (300 dpi recommended) for the best print quality.

  • Avoid screenshots, photos downloaded from social media, or heavily compressed images where possible.

  • Minor adjustments such as brightness, contrast and cropping may be made to improve the final print. Major photo editing, object removal or background changes are not included.

  • You can upload up to 8 photos using the order form.

  • If your order requires more than 8 photos, please contact me with your invoice number and I'll arrange an alternative upload method.

  • Mini photo frames: Up to four 2 × 3" photos fit on a single sheet of photo paper. Even if you've only purchased one mini frame, feel free to upload up to four photos.

  • If you upload more photos than your order requires, I'll select the images that best suit your chosen frames.
