SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

  • Standard processing time is 2–3 business days.

  • During busy periods (such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas), processing may extend to 3–5 business days.

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

 

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

  • Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

    • Standard Post: 2–7 business days

    • Express Post (where available): 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are subject to carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and location.

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct before checkout.

 

Incorrect addresses may result in:

  • Delivery delays

  • Returned parcels

  • Additional postage charges for resending

 

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by Australia Post. If an item is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.

RETURN & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of made-to-order and personalised products, returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect information supplied by the customer

  • Minor variations in handmade finish or material appearance

 

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

 

Customers must contact Offcuts Customs within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photographs of the item

  • Packaging photos if damaged in transit

  • Order details

 

Each matter will be assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product has a major fault, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund.
For minor faults, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
