TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRODUCTION TIMEFRAMES

Standard production time is 2–3 business days, depending on product type and current order volume.

 

Please note:

  • Turnaround times may increase during peak periods

  • Seasonal demand may extend production times

  • Orders are processed in payment order

 

Production begins only after payment has been received and cleared.

Offcuts Customs is not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including postal delays, supply issues, or peak seasonal demand.

PAYMENTS

Full payment is required before any order is processed or production begins.

 

Accepted payment methods include:

  • PayPal

  • Credit / debit card payments

  • Direct deposit 

 

For direct deposit and manual payments:

  • Production will not begin until full payment has cleared into our account

  • No deposits are accepted

  • Orders remain pending until payment is confirmed

  • A payment reminder will be sent after 2 days if payment has not been received

  • Invoices expire after 4 days unless otherwise arranged

  • Unpaid invoices will be cancelled after expiry

 

Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

PRODUCTS & ORDERS

Offcuts Customs offers both ready-made products and made-to-order personalised items.

 

Personalised items may include names, dates, wording, or selected design options provided by the customer at checkout.

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details, spelling, dates, and shipping information are entered correctly before placing an order.

 

Please note:

  • Submitted information is used exactly as provided

  • Personalisation details are used as entered at checkout. Please ensure all spelling, names and dates are correct before ordering.

  • No design proofs are provided before production

  • Changes can only be made before production begins

 

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.

 

Offcuts Customs does not offer fully custom one-off designs unless specifically stated.

 

Because personalised items are made specifically to order, minor placement differences, material grain variation, and finish differences may occur between items.

SAFETY

Many Offcuts Customs products are decorative items and are not intended as toys.

 

Products may contain:

  • Small parts

  • Acrylic components

  • Sharp edges

  • Paints or sealants

  • Hanging hardware

For safety:

  • Keep out of reach of young children

  • Adult supervision is recommended where applicable

  • Decorative products should not be chewed, bent, or handled roughly

  • Some finishes may be fragile if dropped or exposed to moisture

 

Customers are responsible for safe use, placement, and supervision of purchased products.

PRODUCT CARE

To help maintain product quality:

  • Keep products dry

  • Avoid prolonged direct sunlight

  • Handle acrylic surfaces carefully to prevent scratches

  • Do not use harsh cleaning products

  • Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth

  • All products are intended for indoor use unless specifically stated as suitable for outdoor use

 

Laser-cut timber products may show natural grain variation, making each piece unique.

 

Outdoor exposure may reduce product life unless specifically designed for exterior use.

WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

While every effort is made to accurately display product colours, finishes, and materials, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen settings

  • Material batches

  • Natural timber variation

  • Handmade production methods

 

Product sizes, colours, and finishes may vary slightly between orders.

 

Offcuts Customs reserves the right to:

  • Update product designs

  • Adjust pricing

  • Modify policies

  • Remove or discontinue products without notice
